Teresa joined Scott Sernett's team in 2007 and serves as the Director of Client Services. She is fully licensed in insurance and securities. On a day to day basis, Teresa oversees the overall operations of SERNETT & ASSOCIATES.

A native of Charles City, Iowa, Teresa received a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa. She lives in Cedar Falls, Iowa with her husband and is the mother of two grown children. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

In addition to being Scott's high school sweetheart, Meg was Scott's first assistant, part time in the early years of starting the business. Meg has a BA in Management, with emphasis in Human Resources, from the University of Northern Iowa.

Meg has worked in the Human Resources field for a number of companies, off and on, as our family has grown. In addition to HR, Meg has extensive experience in financial accounting. Meg has taken a more active role in helping out at the office part time in the last few years.

Meg's un-official title is "Director of Special Projects" as she helps out with a variety of projects throughout the year as well as operational assistance, especially during our busy seasons.
